Responsibilities: Design, develop, maintain, and support AI applications (including Generative AI, RAG, Knowledge Bases, MCP, fine-tuning, and Agentic AI solutions) from prototyping to production; Drive AI-enabled workflow automation and AI-assisted software development to improve efficiency and productivity; Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners on the design, development, and deployment of AI solutions; Assist in proof-of-concept initiatives, pilot projects, and the evaluation of emerging AI technologies, tools, and methodologies; Take up any other duties as assigned by supervisor or Division Head. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science / Information Technology or related discipline; At least 2 years of experience in AI/ML technologies; Hands‑on with LLMs (prompt engineering, embedding, RAG, and vector search), cloud AI platforms (Azure/Alibaba Cloud) and AI agent development; Familiarity with Python, ML framework and/or LLM orchestration framework is a plus; Good command of spoken and written Chinese and English; Self-motivated and team player; Strong desire to learn new technologies; Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant AI Engineer. If you just finished reading one job ad and felt paralyzed by choice, you're not alone—but this scale is actually an advantage. It means you can afford to be selective.

Start by geography and language. The majority of engineer ads—117,837 of them—have the job posting text written in English. Use that as one filter, but remember: the ad text language tells you nothing about whether the role actually requires you to speak English day-to-day. Read the job description carefully. Then check which countries have the volume you're targeting. Singapore, Poland, and Australia round out the top five after India and the US.
