Key Responsibilities Responsible for business development in Hong Kong & Southern China Develop and drive new business opportunities, maintaining close contact with existing and potential clients Conduct regular client visits, proactively acquire new clients, and expand the business network Cost calculation & provide tailor-made solution, proposals, and quotations to client and negotiate with client to secure new business Expanding company’s client base Responsible for achieving the sales and KPI targets Requirements Diploma holder or above Must hold a valid Hong Kong ID (with valid working conditions) 3 years+ related sales / business development experience, preferably in 3PL, logistics, freight forwarding, e-commerce, or related industries with a successful track record in achieving new sales performance Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in both English and Chinese (including Mandarin) Proactive, detail-minded, well-organized, and results-oriented Company Benefits Basic salary + sales commission Discretionary Performance Bonus Five-day work week 14 days annual leave Birthday leave, study leave etc… Medical insurance Promotion opportunities
