What you will do as an Indoor Skydiving Flight Instructor: Deliver exceptional customer service and create memorable flight experiences Conduct flight briefings and debriefings for customers Ensure the safety of customers during flight sessions Assist customers in improving and extending their flight experience Work closely with the Operations Team to maintain high safety and service standards Support daily operational and maintenance duties Perform ad-hoc operational duties as assigned Requirements: Must be able to pass a physical fitness assessment required for flight operations and training duties Energetic, outgoing, and customer-focused personality Comfortable working in a physically demanding environment Good communication and interpersonal skills Strong sense of responsibility and safety awareness Able to work rotating shifts, weekends, and public holidays Prior experience in customer service, sports, fitness, or safety-related roles will be an advantage Candidates must have valid rights to work in Singapore Minimum Diploma in any discipline What We Offer: Salary up to $3,800 Attractive commission structure Performance incentives Medical benefits Comprehensive insurance coverage Uniform provided Free transportation to Sentosa Fun and dynamic working environment Professional training and career development opportunities
