Key Responsibilities: Formulate and implement comprehensive B2B sales strategies to achieve and exceed individual and team financial targets, gross margin, and business goals. Proactively identify, pitch, and secure new corporate opportunities across diverse sectors (e.g., Hospitality, Aviation, Telecommunications, Financial Institutions, and Government/Public Entities) for both Hong Kong and global markets. Conduct cold calls, direct outreach, and targeted sales prospecting to approach potential clients, corporate decision-makers, and key procurement stakeholders. Manage, retain, and grow key designated corporate accounts, building long-term strategic relationships with key corporate buyers. Directly manage and coach the Corporate Sales Merchandising team to ensure seamless day-to-day order execution and high-quality client service. Lead and monitor the complete corporate sales workflow, including sample development, product quotations, tendering (RFP), contract negotiation, invoice issuing, payment collection, and final delivery logistics. Design, prepare, and deliver impactful client presentations and commercial proposals for pitch meetings and tender submissions. Manage, analyze, and maintain corporate sales data, client databases, and inventory records. Analyze corporate sales metrics, track pipeline progress, and prepare performance forecasts for Senior Management. Carry out ad-hoc projects and strategic corporate sales assignments as directed by the Senior Management. Qualifications & Requirements: University graduate in Business Administration, Marketing, Fashion Merchandising, Supply Chain Management, or related disciplines. Minimum 5 years of solid experience in B2B Sales, Key Account Management, or Corporate Apparel Solutions; candidates with garment merchandising experience are highly preferred. Solid understanding of garment construction, sample making, product costing, invoice/payment tracking, and delivery logistics will be an advantage. Strong commercial acumen, negotiation skills, initiative, and the ability to operate independently under pressure. Proficiency in MS Office applications, including MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and MS Outlook. Excellent command of written and spoken English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
