Our client is a sizable Logistics group. They are currently looking for a seasoned logistics leader to support their GM in running daily operations, driving new business, and leading key system upgrade projects. This is a hybrid role—part operations, part commercial, part project management.: Responsibilities: Support the GM in overseeing bonded warehouse, trucking, and overall logistics execution. Drive business development and marketing to acquire new clients and grow market share. Lead system implementation projects (WMS/TMS) to enhance operational efficiency. Analyze data and KPIs; manage P&L and cost-control initiatives. Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless service delivery. Requirements Degree Holder in Logistics, Supply Chain or related disciplines 10+ years in in logistics or supply chain management in sizeable corporation, of which with at least 6 years in management level Solid knowledge of bonded warehousing and cross-border trucking . Proven track record in business development, with system rollout projects experience is an advantage Strong with numbers—comfortable with P&L, budgeting, and data analysis. Independent, hands-on, and able to communicate effectively with the HK GM, frontline teams, and external clients.
