Job Responsibilities: Quality Operations: Support day-to-day QA activities and schedule QC inspections across China and global factory locations. Reporting & Analysis: Prepare monthly and management reports to track quality trends, supplier performance, and risk mitigation. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with inspectors and 3rd party labs; review product specs with Product Development and Procurement to define key inspection points. Job Requirements: Education & Experience: Degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, QA, or related fields with a at least 6 years in QA/QC (experience with toy, bags, gifts, accessories, or cosmetics is preferred). Technical Skills: Strong analysis, familiar with tolerance management, and proficient in MS Word and Excel.
