Accountabilities: Compute and process crew wages, remittances, Master Cash Advances, AIP bonuses, and other payment vouchers accurately and in a timely manner Process and monitor agents' invoices to ensure proper verification and timely settlement Attend vessels and handle crew-related matters as required Coordinate and arrange uniform supplies for crew members Arrange the annual renewal of Collective Bargaining Agreements and Articles of Agreement Assist crew members with licence applications and certification renewals in compliance with Hong Kong regulatory requirements Administer crew medical enrolment, reimbursement and insurance matters Maintain and update records in the document library accurately and systematically Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned by the supervisor Requirements: University degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Human Resources, or a related discipline Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience, preferably in the shipping industry Good knowledge of the Hong Kong Employment Ordinance Proactive, meticulous, diligent, and detail-oriented Mature, well-organized, and results-driven Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Please send your application letter with detailed resume and expected salary by clicking "Apply Now" and quote the reference number on the subject (Data collected will be used for recruitment purpose only.) http://www.oocl.com
