Responsibilities : IT Strategy & Planning: Develop and implement the company’s IT strategy and roadmap aligned with business objectives. Evaluate and recommend new technologies, solutions, and tools to improve IT infrastructure and operations. Collaborate with business units to identify their IT needs and provide scalable solutions. Team Management & Leadership: Lead, mentor, and manage the IT team, including system administrators, help desk staff, and network engineers. Establish performance goals and provide ongoing coaching and training for team members. Foster a collaborative and proactive IT environment. System & Infrastructure Management: Oversee the management of servers, networks, cloud services, databases, and hardware. Ensure the availability, performance, and security of critical IT systems and services. Coordinate system updates, patches, and upgrades to maintain optimal performance. IT Support & Troubleshooting: Ensure the IT help desk team provides timely and efficient support for end users. Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, escalating to senior technical staff when needed. Develop and maintain a knowledge base of common IT issues and solutions. Security & Compliance: Manage and enforce IT security policies to protect company data and assets from cyber threats. Implement regular data backups and disaster recovery plans to ensure business continuity. Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, industry standards, and best practices (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA). Budgeting & Cost Management: Develop and manage the IT department’s budget, ensuring cost-effective use of resources. Track and report on technology expenses, optimizing IT investments. Vendor & Stakeholder Management: Manage relationships with third-party vendors, ensuring services are delivered according to agreed terms. Negotiate contracts and ensure service level agreements (SLAs) are met. Collaborate with other departments to align IT services with organizational goals. Project Management: Oversee IT projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget. Manage the deployment of new technology systems and software updates. Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation plans for IT projects Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience). 5-8 years of experience in IT management, with at least 3+ years in a leadership role. Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, databases, and cloud technologies. Experience with IT security management and data protection best practice. Proficiency in managing IT service management tools Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and decision-making skills. Strong leadership and team management abilities. Good communication skills, able to collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Good proficiency in English - Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
