We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Corporate Governance and Affairs to join our team. In this role, you will be instrumental in safeguarding the company’s reputation and ensuring we stay ahead of the regulatory curve. You will act as a key analyst and information hub, managing stakeholder data, tracking policy changes, and monitoring public sentiment to support our corporate strategy. Key Responsibilities: Stakeholder Engagement : Develop, strategically build and maintain a strong network of key government stakeholders, including policymakers, regulatory bodies, local authorities and industry/trade associations. Policy & Regulatory Analysis : Proactively monitor, research and analyze political developments, legislative changes and regulatory trends. Evaluate their potential impact on business operations and formulate strategic recommendations for the management team. Advocacy & Representation : Assist in developing and executing government affairs strategies to advocate for public policies that support the company’s objectives. Represent the company in government meetings, public hearings and industry forums. Strategic Communication & Reporting : Prepare high-quality policy briefs, position papers, official government correspondence and regulatory submissions. Ensure all engagements comply strictly with corporate governance. Maintain accurate records and documentation. Prepare insightful reports, briefings, and summaries related to corporate affairs activities and governance compliance. Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Political Science, Public Administration, Communications/Journalism, Business Administration, or a related field. 3-8 years of proven experience in Corporate Affairs, Government Relations, Public Relations, Compliance, Policy Analysis or a similar role. Understanding of the local legislative process, government structures and regulatory frameworks. Strong ability to interpret complex legal or regulatory text into actionable business insights. Excellent command of both spoken and written Thai and English. Highly capable of drafting formal government correspondence, official letters and executive policy summaries. Highly proficient in Microsoft Office especially in Excel and PowerPoint. High attention to detail, highly organized, culturally and politically aware, with a proactive mindset to anticipate industry trends.
