We offer professional, motivated adult learners and a friendly, supportive teaching team. As we expand, we are seeking one or two experienced and adaptable teachers to join us. What We Offer Flexible working hours Remote work from home Motivated adult students Supportive team environment Above-average pay for above-average trainers Key Responsibilities Deliver engaging one-on-one and small group lessons online Build and maintain strong relationships with students Adapt lesson content to suit learner needs Maintain clear and timely communication Essential Requirements Native or near-native English proficiency CELTA or 100+ hour TESOL/TEFL certificate from a recognised institution Bachelor's degree (any discipline) Minimum 3 years' ESL experience teaching adults ( references required ) Confident online presence and strong communication skills Organised and self-motivated with excellent time management Broadband internet connection Clean police record - Police record from country of current residence is acceptable Availability for at least 12 hours per week on weekdays, not guaranteed, lessons are allocated according to demand.
