Our client Daman Resources Sdn Bhd is seeking a Senior Accounts Executive to join their team! This role offers an exciting opportunity to manage a full set of accounts, oversee financial operations, and contribute to strategic financial planning in a dynamic environment. About Our Client Daman Resources Sdn Bhd is a reputable company dedicated to excellence in property investment and management. What you'll be doing? Manage accounts: Handle accounts payable, receivable, general ledger, and reconciliations with precision and care. Oversee financial operations: Maintain a strong understanding of business processes while ensuring daily financial operations run smoothly. Prepare financial statements: Ensure accuracy and compliance in the preparation and analysis of financial statements. Perform financial closing activities: Execute monthly and yearly financial closing activities with diligence. Maintain audit schedules: Ensure alignment with accounting records by maintaining and reconciling monthly audit schedules. Monitor financial management: Keep a close eye on cash flow, expenses, and financial transactions for effective management. Assist in reporting: Contribute to financial and management reports, budget controls, and forecasting activities. Identify improvement opportunities: Spot opportunities for process improvement and contribute to strategic financial planning. Supervise and mentor: Guide, train, and mentor junior accounting staff to foster growth and development. Liaise with stakeholders: Communicate effectively with auditors, tax agents, bankers, and other external stakeholders. Handle ad hoc tasks: Take on additional financial tasks and responsibilities as needed. Who are they looking for? Education: A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Banking, or a related field. Experience: Minimum 3 years of relevant experience, preferably with an audit background. Property investment experience: Experience in property investment and management is an advantage. Technical skills: Proficiency in accounting software and advanced Microsoft Excel skills. Analytical skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail. Time management: Excellent time management skills and the ability to work independently. Continuous improvement: Hands-on, adaptable, and proactive with a continuous improvement mindset. Language proficiency: Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese. Audit experience: Candidates with audit experience are strongly encouraged to apply.
