Key Responsibilities: Dashboard Development: Design, develop, and maintain interactive and user-friendly dashboards using Power BI and Google Looker Studio (formerly Data Studio). Data Automation: Identify manual reporting processes across different departments and implement automated data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) solutions to improve operational efficiency. Stakeholder Collaboration: Work directly with internal teams (e.g., Sales, Marketing, Operations) to gather requirements, understand their key performance indicators (KPIs), and deliver tailored reporting solutions. Data Integration: Connect multiple data sources (e.g., SQL databases, APIs, flat files, Google Sheets) to create centralized, single-source-of-truth reporting models. Troubleshooting & Support: Monitoring automated reports for accuracy, troubleshoot data discrepancies, and provide training or technical support to internal end-users. Continuous Improvement: Proactively recommend new metrics, visualizations, or automation tools to enhance the company's analytics capabilities. Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Statistics, Business Analytics, or a related field. Minimum 2-4 years of proven experience as a BI Developer, Data Analyst, or similar role, and experience working within Retail, FMCG or Tech is preferred. Strong proficiency in Power BI (DAX, Power Query) and Google Looker Studio, Solid understanding of relational databases and strong SQL querying skills, Experience with data automation tools or scripting languages (e.g., Python, VBA, or no-code automation platforms) is highly preferred. Familiarity with cloud data platforms (e.g., Google Big Query, AWS, Azure) Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills. Ability to explain complex data concepts clearly to non-technical team members and management. Strong analytical mindset with a strict eye for detail and data accuracy.
