Network Specialist

SiS International Limited becomes one of the largest distributor of IT solutions across Asian countries with over 40 years in the distribution business. We are looking for a Network Consultant to support pre-sales, solution design, and post-sales delivery across our H3C, Arista, and DDI portfolio. You will work with vendors, partners, and customers to win deals, implement solutions, and provide technical expertise. Responsibilities: Pre-sales & Solution Design Lead pre-sales activities including solution demonstrations, presentations, proof-of-concept (POC) testing, and proposal development for H3C, Arista, and DDI solutions. Design and present network architecture proposals based on H3C and Arista product lines, aligned with customer requirements. Prepare technical documentation including Statements of Work (SoW), tender responses, and client-facing proposals. Vendor & Customer Engagement Work with product and vendor teams (H3C, Arista, and DDI partners) to identify opportunities, share technology updates, and recommend solution enhancements. Deliver customer training and knowledge-transfer sessions. Implementation & Technical Support Support post-sales team on project delivery across ICT product, firewalls, wireless, and DDI infrastructure. Provide on-site and remote technical support. Act as a product specialist across multiple network operating environments and vendor platforms. Carry out emergency duties and ad-hoc tasks when it is necessary. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or Higher Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related discipline. Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in networking or cybersecurity. Experience with H3C, Arista, or DDI (DNS, DHCP, IPAM) is an advantage. Prior pre-sales, solution architecture, or implementation experience is preferred. CCNA / CCNP or equivalent vendor certification. Knowledge of switching, routing (OSPF/BGP), SDN, Firewalls, Load balancer, DDI and Wireless. Proficient in English and Chinese. Willing to provide after-hours support when required. Strong problem-solving skills, able to work independently and handle cross-domain technical challenges. Eager to learn new technologies and stay current with vendor roadmaps.
