About Us Malacca Securities is a licensed investment brokerage firm in Malaysia, offering securities trading and advisory services to retail and institutional clients. Join our Global Settlement Operations team and play a key role in ensuring the smooth and accurate settlement of equity trades across Malaysian and international markets. This is an exciting opportunity to gain exposure to global capital markets while contributing to operational excellence and continuous process improvement Role Responsibilities Settlement • Oversee and support the daily settlement of equities for foreign markets, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. • Collaborate closely with the team leader/section head to achieve efficient and smooth settlement operations. Reconciliation • Oversea trade and position reconciliation at the broker level to ensure data accuracy and reliability. • Investigate and resolve reconciliation breaks and implement preventive measures to minimise recurring issues. Share Transfer • Coordinate and process share transfers and ensure all requests are completed accurately and within the required turnaround time. Requirements • Bachelor's Degree, Advanced Diploma, or Diploma in Finance, Business, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline. • Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in securities settlement, custody, or capital market operations. • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
