Accounts Executive

Key Responsibilities: Administer the day-to-day accounts payable function and maintain appropriate records (including prepare payment voucher, checking approval record) Perform payments to vendors and suppliers upon stringent verification on all invoices Process staff expense claims and ensure the claims are properly authorized. Familiarize with policies regarding payment, reimbursements and other work-related matters. Creditor database maintenance & control. Posting of accounts payable transactions/records in accounting system using journal import file. Reconciliation of accounts payable to vendor’s statement of accounts. Bank Reconciliation for month end closing. Prepare credit card reports and data entry of credit card expenses into accounting system. To assist Senior Accounts Executive in maintaining proper filing of capital expenditure invoices to substantiate fixed asset listing. Digitization of documents and email correspondences as part of proper record documentation. AP automation/payment migration projects Any other ad-hoc projects or tasks as assigned.
