Job Summary The SalesCoordinator will provide administrative support to the sales team in Singapore. Directly reporting to the Regional Sales Director, this position needs to take initiative inmanaging schedules, creating sales documents and proposals, generating reportsrelated to sales activities and revenue data, as well as handling customer andprioritising customer requests. Responsibilities Carry out general administrative duties within thesales team in preparation of: sales documents and proposals tender responses sales reports contracts and other legal material documentation for internal approval processes bid review material sales research papers correspondence letters and e-mails customer billing Coordinate and manage schedules of DEMO sessions,pre-sales, sales and post-sales discussions and sales events with prospects andexisting customers, and internal sales meetings. Work closely with the Sales team to generatepipeline management reports, internal regular reports such as month end andregional reports. Liaise with Corporate and Regional offices oncontracts, pricing processes and procedure Handle inquiries and provide information whereappropriate internally and externally Work with other departments including Customer Operations, Legal andFinance to ensure fast and accurate processing of customer relateddocumentation. Experience and Qualifications At least 2 years previous experience in a similarrole Strong interpersonal and communication skills Relationship management High typing speed, minimum 65wpm Advanced Computer skills, Word, Excel and PowerPoint essential Experience with a CRM, such as Salesforce.com Demonstrated ability to use AI-powered productivitytools (e.g. Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, or similar) to support salesadministration, document preparation, customer communications, reporting, andprocess efficiency. Ability to review AI-generated content for accuracy andmaintain confidentiality when handling customer and business information. Ability to work autonomously, use initiative toresolve issues, prioritise and exercise discretion A self-motivated, proactive and flexible approachto work with a high level of adaptability and flexibility Proven ability to work under pressure and meetdeadlines A level of strategic thinking, initiative, researchand reporting skills Able to make decisions quickly Attention to detail and the ability to communicateand problem solve Proven track record interacting with seniormanagement and the ability to relate, communicate and build relationships withpeople at any level and from any country A high level of discretion, confidentiality &professionalism Educationand Training Degree in Business or similar
