SURVEYOR (WITH CADASTRAL EXPERIENCE)

Cadastral Surveyor / Registered Surveyor South Brisbane | Flexible opportunity | Potential partnership We’re a well-established land surveying and development consulting practice based in South Brisbane 4101 , with a team of approximately 17-20 people, and we’re looking for a qualified surveyor to join us. But rather than looking for someone who fits neatly into one particular box, we’re open to finding the right person and shaping the opportunity around them, including the opportunity to explore a future partnership pathway. You might already be an Endorsed Cadastral Surveyor or Consulting Surveyor. You might be a Registered Associate or Graduate working towards endorsement. Or you may even be running a small cadastral practice of your own and wondering what the next stage could look like. If you have strong cadastral skills and think there could be a good fit, we'd genuinely like to hear from you. About us A large proportion of our work is in the residential housing industry and comes from long-term, high-volume builder clients , with whom we have developed strong and trusted relationships over many years. We pride ourselves on balancing exceptional service with a genuinely positive workplace culture . We take our working relationships seriously and expect high-quality work from our staff, but we don't believe that requires a highly corporate or formal environment internally; behind the scenes we're relaxed, friendly and down-to-earth. We're particularly interested in those with: Cadastral surveying experience, including competence in old complex suburbs Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Experience with survey data analysis and least squares adjustments Registration with the Surveyors Board of Queensland Self-accountability and pride in their work A collaborative attitude and willingness to be part of the wider team What could this opportunity look like for you?
