Operation Executive (freight forwarding company)

Operation Executive to Thai Logist International forwarding and logistics company is looking for a Operation Executive. Tasks & responsibilities: Communicate with the shipping lines, forwarding agencies, customs brokers, trucking companies. Negotiating transportation rates with service providers. Control and supervise the transportation process in SE Asia. Full management of the customer's request on every leg of transportation, in-time assistance if any question arises. Inspection of the set of shipping documents for all parts of transportation. Making up MBL, HBL. Supervise and provide container equipment to the clients as per request. Control the payment dues. Working time: Mo-Fri 8:00 - 17:00 Qualifications & experience: Understanding of transportation processes. At least 1 year of experience in logistics English language skills (you need to communicate with an English-speaking manager, clients) Salary: Basic 27,500 THB + 2500 THB (Compliance bonus) + KPI (100 THB per forwarded container) Double pay for work on public holidays 2 times a month Benefits: Career prospects Free parking in the office building.
