What we offer: Medical inpatient & outpatient Training & Development Vegetarian Lunch Uniform Job Responsibilities: Assist to administers computer networks and related computing environments including servers, routers, switches, storage arrays, virtual hosts / hypervisors, WAN / LAN. Troubleshoot incidents, identify root causes, fix and document problems, and implement preventive measures in a courteous, professional, and timely manner in person or via email, telephone and/or other electronic medium. Assist to perform disaster recovery and data backup planning and execution to ensure business continuity Support projects: migrations to Azure, device/network upgrades, and documentations. Assist in administer and maintain Microsoft Azure cloud-based infrastructures Follow security standards and ensure the protection of data in IT related applications Troubleshooting issues pertaining to cloud application failure or security flaws Staying updated on advancements in the field of cloud computing and IT infrastructure to share relevant knowledge to support continuous improvement. Assist in applying system and security updates (OS patches, firmware, antivirus) and maintain inventory and documentation. Job Requirements: Diploma/Degree in IT/Computer Engineering (or equivalent practical experience) 1-2 years relevant experience in IT infrastructure role with cloud experience. Experience with basic infrastructure (server, network, storage), disaster recovery and backup solution Familiarity with Storage solutions, such as Dropbox, Network Attached Storage, cloud storage, or file servers Exposure to Microsoft Azure, Windows Server, basic networking (VLAN, firewall rules), or virtualisation platforms is an advantage. Good command in English and Mandarin for effective communication with Taiwan stakeholders and Mandarin speaking volunteers.
