Salon Receptionist

About the role We are seeking a friendly and professional Salon Receptionist to join our team at JG Singapore Pte Ltd'. This is a full-time position based in the West & Central Region of Singapore. As the first point of contact for our clients, you will play a crucial role in creating a warm and welcoming environment and ensuring a seamless customer experience. What you'll be doing Welcome and attend to customers in a friendly and professional manner Manage appointment bookings, rescheduling, and cancellations Handle phone calls, WhatsApp messages, and customer enquiries Assist in recommending services, promotions, and packages to customers Process payments and maintain accurate billing records Maintain customer records and update profiles in the system Coordinate with therapists to ensure smooth daily operations and appointment flow Handle walk-in customers and manage waiting time effectively Ensure the reception area is clean, presentable, and well-organized at all times Support basic administrative duties (e.g., filing, reporting, stock coordination) Follow up with customers for appointments, reminders, and feedback What we're looking for Previous experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role, preferably in a salon or spa environment Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities Proficient in using computer systems and software A professional and friendly demeanor with a genuine passion for customer service Flexibility to work during peak hours and weekends.
