Job Description Manage and implement occupational health and safety programs, policies, and procedures. Ensure compliance with legal, company, and safety standards. Conduct workplace inspections, risk assessments, and safety patrols. Manage chemical safety in accordance with legal and company requirements. Investigate accidents, incidents, near misses, and implement corrective actions. Provide safety training and awareness programs for employees and contractors. Support emergency preparedness, drills, and evacuation exercises. Review work permits, JSA, and risk assessments for high-risk activities. Provide safety guidance and support to departments and management. Manage and monitor contractor safety compliance. Qualification Bachelor's degree or higher in Occupational Health and Safety, Safety Engineering, or a related field. Certified as a Professional Safety officer (Safety Officer – Professional Level) in accordance with applicable regulations. 3–5 years of relevant work experience in occupational health and safety. Qualified as Specialized Personnel . Experience in safety management, risk assessment, workplace safety inspections, and compliance with occupational health and safety regulations. Possession of a Radiation Safety Officer (RSO) certification or relevant experience in radiation safety will be considered an advantage. Strong communication, coordination, problem-solving, and safety management skills.
