Data & Analytics : Report directly to executive management and provide decision support through clear HR metrics. Legal Compliance : Ensure absolute legal compliance throughout human resource management practices. Requirements and Skills Core Experience : Proven working experience as an HR Manager with intensive exposure to all HR facets. Mindset : People-oriented professional who remains strictly results-driven. Technical Literacy : Knowledge of modern HR systems, databases, and a demonstrative history with HR data metrics. Leadership : Highly developed capability to architect long-term strategy alongside executive leadership teams. Communication : Excellent active listening, negotiation, and formal presentation skills. Relationship Building : Competence to build and manage healthy interpersonal relationships across all levels of the company. Philippine Labor Law : In-depth, practical knowledge of labor law, including DOLE (Department of Labor and Employment) mandates, NLRC regulations, and local HR best practices. Education : Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a closely related field.
