About us Engineering Survey and Geophysics Limited (ESG) was established in Hong Kong in 2021 to provide various services including Survey, Geophysics, Al & Robot, Smart City Solutions, Smart Construction and Smart Site Safety System, in the fields of telecommunications, construction, energy, transportation and logistics, etc. Job Duties Assist in Quantity Surveying (QS) duties across all project stages, including preparing and submitting tender or quotation documents; cost analysis; interpret contract conditions and measurement of quantities. Review contractors’ quotations and claims and conduct relevant negotiations, value completed site works, and manage main contractor/sub-contractor payment settlement certifications. Assist in measurement and estimation tasks, support contract administration activities. Maintain project records (including financial records), track project progress, and prepare regular reports. Maintain close communication and collaborate effectively with clients, in-house and external project teams. Requirements Degree or Higher Diploma in Quantity Surveying or Building Services Engineering or related discipline. Good knowledge of measurement and contractual skills. At least 2 years' experience as an Assistant QS / Quantity Surveyor in Civil or Building Construction or Foundation projects. Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and/or Mandarin). Good communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills to liaise with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders. Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Detail-oriented, proactive, energetic, and self-initiated team player with a strong sense of responsibility. Medical insurance. 職責 協助處理涵蓋工料測量(QS)工作，包括制定及遞交投標與報價文件、成本計算、解讀合約條款及工程量計算事宜。 評估已完成工程進度及驗收，協助審核承建商及分判商之報價及款項、進行價格洽商，並協調付款批核與結算手續。 協助估算及計算工程量，支援項目/合約管理相關事宜。 妥善保存項目報告(包括財務紀錄)、跟進項目進度，並定期編製報告。 與客戶、內部及外部項目團隊保持緊密溝通與協作。 資歷要求 持有工料測量、建築工程或相關學科之高級文憑或學士學位或以上學歷。 熟悉工料、工程量計算及具備合約管理知識。 具備至少2年在土木工程、建築之工料測量師相關的工作經驗。 具備基本中文(廣東話及/或普通話)及英文撰寫文件、讀寫及口語溝通能力。 具備良好溝通、人際關係及談判技巧，能與客戶、承建商、分判商及其他持份者進行協調。 熟悉操作MS Office辦公室軟件 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)。 工作細心嚴謹，積極主動、具責任感及團隊合作精神。 待遇及福利 薪酬優厚，視乎學歷及工作經驗而定。 每週五天工作 提供加班津貼(OT)及年終雙糧(13個月薪金)。 提供持續進修及專業培訓資助。 提供團體醫療保險。
