Job Accountabilities Support the APAC Compliance Team to deliver the Compliance Transformation and Automation projects across the APAC region Closely work with APAC Data Science, Operational Excellence and Compliance teams to gather requirements from users and support the functional design Assist with the development of workflow automation and AI-enabled solutions Support solution testing, deployment, documentation, user adoption, training and communications participate in "As-Is" and "To-Be" business process requirements / optimization sessions with users Job Qualifications Undergraduate of Information Systems, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Data Science and Artificial Intelligence is preferable Experience with AI tools, including prompt engineering, M365 Copilot and Copilot Studio is required Practical experience with Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Sharepoint Content Management, etc. is highly preferable Strong interest in business analysis for IT and non-IT projects, Process Reengineering, AI, Automation and Digital Transformation UAT experience such as creating test scenarios, executing test cases, documenting defects, retesting fixes, validating business requirements and maintaining testing evidence, is an advantage Good analytical skills and Familiar with Microsoft Offices applications Good communication and presentation skills in both written and spoken English Able to work a minimum of 2 days per week Interested parties please simply click "Apply" to access our "Global Recruitment Management System" for submitting your application.
