Quantity Surveyor / Assistant Quantity Surveyor

We are a Group C Main Contractor with a number of projects in the private and public sectors. To cope with continuous expansion, we are currently seeking numerous high caliber/talented Quantity Surveyor or Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join our project teams. Duties & Responsibilities: Prepare valuation of variation works, interim payments and settle final accounts with Clients and Sub-contractors; Assist in contractual claim matters; Prepare cash flow forecasts and cost reports; Prepare contract document for sub-letting/procurement process; Perform any ad hoc job duties as assigned. Qualifications/Educational Requirements, Skills & Experience: Bachelor Degree or High Diploma in QS or equivalent; 3 years working experience or above in QS of Main Contractor Companies or Consultant Firms; Contract administration in QS skill; Strong sense in budgeting, commercial/contractual aspects and quantum analysis; Self-motivated and initiative; Good command of spoken and written in both English and Chinese; Candidates with less experience and lower qualifications would be considered as Assistant Quantity Surveyor.
