Job Descriptions: Main Purpose of the Role As a System Architect (DevOps), will play a critical role in defining and governing the technical architecture that underpins Ragnar's product portfolio. This role owns the end-to-end design of scalable, secure, and interoperable systems, sets engineering standards, and guides the technology roadmap in support of Ragnar's Mission 2026 to become an AI-native B2B company including DevOps strategy, cloud infrastructure, and automation practices. The role works closely with Product teams to ensure architectural decisions translate into reliable, high-performing systems in production. Key Responsibilities: System Architect and optimize scalable and secure Cloud Infrastructure to support Cyber Security Platform development. Design, implement, and maintain highly available CI/CD pipelines to automate software deployment and delivery. Develop and enforce Infrastructure as Code (IaC) standards using tools like Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation. Monitor, troubleshoot, and improve system performance, security, and reliability through logging and monitoring solutions (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack). Implement containerization and orchestration strategies using Docker and Kubernetes to enhance system scalability. Collaborate with Software Engineering, Security, and IT teams to integrate DevOps methodologies and improve development workflows. Conduct security hardening of DevOps pipelines, ensuring compliance with best practices and industry regulations. Research and evaluate new DevOps tools and technologies to improve automation, performance, and operational efficiency. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience. Minimum of 3 years of experience in System Architect, DevOps, cloud infrastructure, or related roles, with proven experience in team leadership. Strong expertise in AWS services and cloud infrastructure architecture. In-depth knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, automation tools (e.g., GitLab), and DevOps best practices. Solid understanding of software development processes and relevant programming or scripting languages. Experience in applying AI or advanced automation techniques within a DevOps or operations environment is highly desirable. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and knowledge of ISO/IEC 29110 standards will be an advantage.
