The HR Generalist Level 1 is an entry level position responsible for supporting the HR Compliance team in ensuring that the organization adheres to all relevant labor laws and regulatory requirements. This role involves assisting in the preparation and submission of compliance reports, maintaining accurate records, and supporting the HR team in compliance related tasks. Key Responsibilities: 1. Support in Regulatory Compliance: Assist in ensuring compliance with the Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE) requirements, including the preparation and submission of basic reports. Support the timely remittance of employee and employer contributions to SSS, PagIBIG, and PhilHealth. Help in processing claims and benefits for employees under SSS, PagIBIG, and PhilHealth. Aid in ensuring the company complies with municipal regulations by helping with the renewal of permits and licenses. 2. Documentation and Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all compliance related documents. Assist in preparing documentation required for audits and inspections by government agencies. Ensure proper filing and organization of compliance related correspondence and records. 3. Assistance in Policy Implementation: Support the HR Compliance Officer in implementing compliance programs and policies. Help in conducting training sessions or workshops for employees on basic compliance topics. Provide support in monitoring compliance with established HR policies and procedures. 4. Reporting and Submission: Assist in preparing and submitting required reports to DOLE, SSS, PagIBIG, PhilHealth, and local government units. Help track submission deadlines and ensure reports are submitted in a timely manner. Prepare summary reports for review by the HR Compliance Officer or Senior HR Manager. 5. Internal Coordination: Coordinate with other HR team members to gather necessary information for compliance reporting. Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries related to SSS, PagIBIG, and PhilHealth contributions and benefits. Assist in responding to basic compliance related inquiries from government agencies. 6. Continuous Learning: Stay informed about updates and changes in labor laws and regulations relevant to the role. Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance knowledge and skills in HR compliance. Qualifications: Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Experience: Fresh graduates or up to 1 year of experience in HR or a related role. Knowledge: Basic understanding of labor laws, SSS, PagIBIG, and PhilHealth regulations. Skills: Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, good communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
