About the role Dechapanich Fishing Net Factory Co., Ltd. is seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to join our operations team in Khon Kaen. This is a full-time position that plays a critical role in ensuring the efficient management of our warehouse operations and inventory systems. As Warehouse Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of warehouse management, including storage, organisation, inventory control, and the coordination of goods movement. This position is fundamental to maintaining the smooth flow of our manufacturing and distribution operations, directly supporting the company's production and logistics objectives. Key responsibilities Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and dispatching of goods in accordance with company standards and procedures Manage inventory control systems and maintain accurate records of all stock movements, ensuring inventory levels are optimised and discrepancies are minimised Plan and schedule warehouse activities, including staff allocation, to ensure efficient use of space and resources while meeting production and delivery timelines Supervise and coordinate warehouse staff, providing training, guidance, and performance management to ensure productivity and safety standards are maintained Implement and maintain warehouse safety protocols, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies Liaise with production planning, purchasing, and logistics teams to ensure coordinated scheduling and timely availability of materials Monitor warehouse equipment and facilities, identifying maintenance needs and ensuring equipment is functioning optimally Conduct regular stock audits and reconciliation to maintain inventory accuracy and identify areas for improvement Manage warehouse documentation and reporting, providing regular updates on inventory status and operational metrics to management Optimise warehouse layout and storage methods to improve efficiency, safety, and accessibility of goods What we're looking for Minimum 5 years' experience in warehouse management or similar operational roles within manufacturing or logistics environments Proven experience in inventory management, stock control, and warehouse planning and scheduling Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise multiple tasks and meet deadlines Competence in warehouse management systems and inventory software; proficiency with computer systems and MS Office applications Demonstrated leadership capabilities with experience supervising and managing warehouse teams Knowledge of warehouse safety standards, health and safety regulations, and best practices in warehouse operations Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams including production, logistics, and management Problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to identifying and implementing operational improvements Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping and inventory management Physical capability to perform warehouse duties and work in a warehouse environment What we offer At Dechapanich Fishing Net Factory Co., Ltd., we are committed to supporting the professional development and well-being of our employees.
