What You'll Do Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while actively identifying and developing new business opportunities Recommend rental solutions for construction machinery and equipment tailored to each client's needs Process purchase orders (P/O) and coordinate with the Operations team to ensure timely delivery Plan regular client visits and site inspections to maintain high customer satisfaction Monitor equipment usage throughout the rental period, troubleshoot issues, and support clients as needed Liaise with Service, Transport, and other internal teams to ensure smooth, efficient service delivery Prepare quotations, follow up on proposals, and negotiate rental terms Compile sales reports, client visit reports, and monthly performance reports for management Monitor market trends and competitor activity, and propose strategies to grow sales opportunities Support other duties as assigned by your manager What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree in any field Open to all genders 1–2 years of sales experience (candidates with rental industry experience will be given special consideration) Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel Own vehicle and valid driver's license Comfortable working in the field and visiting client sites regularly Able to work well under pressure and manage a full-time, results-driven role Fresh graduates are welcome to apply Japanese, English, or Chinese language skills are a strong plus (language allowance provided)
