We are seeking someone to join our team installing new double glazing into existing frames, new frames and installing new sashes and doors into existing openings. The role primarily involves working on-site and occasionally in our workshop, installing new double glazing into existing timber joinery/new timber joinery, installing new joinery into existing frames, repairing joinery where necessary, and fitting new hardware/seals. The ideal candidate will have experience in both Glass Handling and Timber Joinery or Building. Requirements: Ability to problem solve and pick things up quickly, Drive to various job sites around the Wellington region, as required, so a full driving license is essential, Experience using Routers, Drop Saws and Track Saws (preferred). Other Skills Good attention to detail, Knowledge of building and construction, Be able to accurately measure, Physically fit (to be able to safely lift glass units) Knowledge of maths. This is a full-time position, requiring 40 hours per week, with opportunities for career advancement and ongoing training. Pay will be dependent on experience.
