Job Title: Advertising Sales Manager Department: Advertising & Sales Job Location: Phuket Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Advertising Sales Manager to drive revenue growth across our portfolio of luxury lifestyle brands. This role is responsible for developing new business opportunities, managing key client relationships, and delivering integrated advertising solutions across print, digital, video, social media, and events. The position will primarily focus on Phuket and the southern provinces of Thailand . Key Responsibilities: Sales & Business Development Develop and execute monthly, quarterly, and annual sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets across all advertising platforms, including print, digital, video, social media, and event sponsorships. Identify, prospect, and secure new business opportunities while expanding the existing client portfolio. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, agencies, and strategic partners. Proactively pitch and close advertising opportunities across industries such as luxury, fashion, beauty, watches & jewellery, automotive, travel, hospitality, real estate, finance, and food & beverage. Generate new client acquisitions on a consistent monthly basis. Client Solutions & Campaign Management Develop customised, integrated marketing proposals that align with clients' business objectives by combining media, branded content, social media, video, and experiential marketing solutions. Lead client presentations, negotiations, and contract closures. Ensure campaigns are delivered successfully from initial briefing through execution to post-campaign reporting and performance review. Cross-Functional Collaboration Work closely with Editorial, Marketing, Project Management, and Production teams to ensure seamless campaign execution. Collaborate across the company's four media brands to create cross-selling opportunities and multi-brand advertising packages that maximise client value and revenue. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field. 2–5 years of experience in advertising, media, or digital sales, preferably within luxury, lifestyle, publishing, or digital media. Established network of contacts within relevant industries and agencies is highly desirable. Strong sales, negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills. Excellent written and spoken communication skills in both Thai and English. Self-motivated, target-driven, highly organised, and able to work independently while managing multiple projects simultaneously. Willingness to travel regularly within Phuket and the southern provinces of Thailand.
