Supervise and control daily production operations to achieve production plans, quality standards, and delivery schedules. Monitor production processes to ensure compliance with GMP, HACCP, Food Safety, and company standards. Control manpower, machines, materials, and production efficiency to minimize waste and downtime. Ensure products meet quality specifications and coordinate with QA in case of non-conformities. Prepare production reports including output, yield, downtime, and manpower utilization. Supervise, train, and evaluate production staff; manage work schedules and shift assignments. Ensure proper use, cleanliness, and maintenance of production equipment and production areas. Enforce safety rules and ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations. Coordinate with related departments such as Warehouse, QA, Maintenance, and Planning.
