Operation Customer Service – Freight Forwarding Thai-English Speaking – 1 Position Thai-Chinese Speaking – 1 Position Responsibilities Handle import and export shipments and coordinate day-to-day freight forwarding operations. Coordinate with customers, overseas agents, airlines, shipping lines, co-loaders, trucking companies, warehouses, and internal departments. Handle shipment booking, space availability, shipment schedules, and delivery arrangements. Prepare and verify shipping documents, including AWB, B/L, SI, VGM, Commercial Invoice, Packing List, and other related documents. Monitor shipment status and provide timely updates to customers and overseas agents. Coordinate with relevant parties to resolve shipment delays, documentation issues, and other operational problems. Coordinate customs clearance, trucking, and delivery arrangements when required. Prepare and verify shipment-related quotations, invoices, debit notes, credit notes, and operational expenses. Maintain accurate shipment records and update information in the company system. Work closely with Sales, Customs, Transportation, Warehouse, and Accounting teams to ensure smooth shipment operations. Maintain good relationships with customers and overseas partners and provide professional customer service. Communicate with overseas customers/agents in either English or Chinese, depending on the assigned account. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, International Business, Chinese Business, or a related field. 2–5 years of experience in Freight Forwarding, Logistics Operations, Customer Service, or a related field. Experience in import/export operations is preferred. Good understanding of freight forwarding processes and shipping documentation. Experience coordinating with customers, overseas agents, carriers, or logistics partners. Good command of either English or Mandarin Chinese , depending on the assigned position. For English-speaking candidates: Able to communicate with overseas customers/agents in English via email and verbal communication. For Chinese-speaking candidates: Able to communicate with Chinese customers/agents in Mandarin via chat, email, and verbal communication. Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills. Able to work under pressure and manage multiple shipments simultaneously. Good command of Microsoft Office, especially Excel. Thai nationality.
