About the role We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Tutor Coding to join CV Bintang Alifa Nusantara. This is a part-time position based in South Jakarta, Jakarta . As a Coding Tutor, you will play a vital role in educating and inspiring the next generation of programmers and technology professionals. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality coding instruction to students of varying skill levels, helping them master programming concepts and develop practical coding abilities that will serve them throughout their careers. Key responsibilities Design and deliver engaging coding lessons tailored to students' individual learning needs and skill levels Teach fundamental and advanced programming concepts using relevant languages and frameworks Create comprehensive course materials, assignments, and practice exercises to reinforce learning outcomes Provide constructive feedback on student code and help identify areas for improvement Monitor student progress and adapt teaching methods to ensure effective learning Conduct one-on-one or group tutoring sessions as required Support students in debugging code and troubleshooting technical issues Foster a positive and encouraging learning environment that motivates students to excel Maintain detailed records of student attendance and performance Stay current with industry trends and best practices in software development and coding education What we're looking for Proven expertise in one or more programming languages (such as Python, Java, JavaScript, C++, or similar) Strong understanding of core computer science concepts and coding fundamentals Demonstrated experience tutoring or teaching coding to students at various levels Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain complex technical concepts in simple, understandable terms Patient and empathetic approach to working with diverse learners Problem-solving mindset with the ability to guide students through challenging coding problems A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering or a related field (or equivalent practical experience) Familiarity with teaching methodologies and e-learning platforms is advantageous Passion for technology and a genuine commitment to student success What we offer CV Bintang Alifa Nusantara is committed to providing a supportive and rewarding work environment.
