ERP Support Consultant

Our client is a well-established and rapidly growing systems integrator with a strong presence across Asia. They are seeking an ERP Support Consultant to provide day-to-day application support for ERP systems, ensuring stable operations, timely issue resolution, and effective business process support for their clients. Key responsibilities: Provide day-to-day functional and application support for ERP systems, ensuring smooth business operations for clients Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve ERP-related issues within agreed service levels Analyse user requirements and provide effective solutions or system workarounds Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, incidents, and enhancement requests Perform system configuration, testing, and validation for enhancements, fixes, and upgrades Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), training, and post-implementation activities Collaborate with regional teams and stakeholders to ensure service excellence and project success Candidate profile: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related discipline Minimum 2-5 years' experience in ERP support, application support, or ERP consulting Strong understanding of end-to-end business processes, particularly in Finance, Procurement and Inventory Experience in incident management, problem-solving, and user support within a client-facing environment Knowledge of Python, SQL, database concepts, and system integration is an advantage Fluent in both Cantonese and English, with strong verbal and written communication skills About this company: A leading systems integrator in Asia is recognised for service excellence, collaborative growth, and strong regional expertise.
