Responsibilities • Support building design, project management, and construction management activities and initiatives. • Assist in achieving project goals in areas such as Design Management, Planning & Programming, and Documents Control. • Assist in the preparation of reports and presentation materials. • Help review drawings, specifications, and reports. • Perform other relevant duties as assigned by the Project Manager. • Work closely with the Project Manager on daily administrative duties of a project. • The position involves exposure to projects within Building Engineering disciplines, including Steel Structural, Balustrade, Material, and Project & Construction Management. • Based at the site office. • Coordinate and conduct on-site material inspections and installation inspections with the main contractor and client representatives. Requirements Degree/Diploma in Architecture, Interior Architecture, Interior Design, Project Management, Construction Management, or relevant disciplines Minimum 2 years construction working experience Good communication skill on spoken & written English and Cantonese Report to Project Manager and coordination with clients, landlords, consultants, contractors and suppliers required Familiar with project co-ordination and site progress monitoring Good interpersonal, communication and problem-solving skills Strong sense of project ownership and proactive attitude Able to work independently Working Hours & Benefits 5.5 days work per week with alternate Saturday-off 12 days annual leave
