Work hours: Monday – Friday | 08:30-17:30 Location: Pattanakan, Suan Luang Company Business: Japanese Logistics Company (**English skills required) Responsibilities: • Manage and oversee the Company’s financial operations, including cash flow, budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and financial analysis. • Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management and related parties. • Monitor cash flow, working capital, bank transactions, and funding requirements to ensure sufficient liquidity. • Lead the annual budgeting process and monitor actual performance against • budget and forecast. • Analyze financial performance, variances, costs, and business trends, and provide recommendations to management. • Ensure financial transactions, records, and supporting documents are accurate, complete, and compliant with Company policies. • Coordinate with Accounting, Procurement, Operations, banks, auditors, tax advisors, and other relevant parties. • Develop and maintain internal financial controls to prevent errors, fraud, and financial risks. • Support management in business planning, investment analysis, cost control, and financial decision-making. • Supervise, coach, and evaluate Finance team members to ensure effective performance and continuous development. • Prepare financial information and reports for the management team and overseas headquarters as required. Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields. • Minimum 7-10 years of experience in Finance, Financial Planning and Analysis, Treasury, or related functions, including at least 5 years in a supervisory or managerial role. • Strong knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, cash-flow management, financial analysis, and internal control. • Experience in logistics, transportation, warehouse, freight forwarding, or multinational companies is preferred. • Good understanding of accounting principles, taxation, and financial reporting. • Good command of English in speaking, reading, and writing.
