Job Description: Project Coordinator Creative Technology (Asia Pacific) Co., Limited | Hong Kong About Us Creative Technology (CT Group) is a world-leading supplier of specialist audio-visual equipment and technical services for the permanent installation and live events industry. Our Hong Kong team delivers technically complex productions across corporate permanent installations, events, concerts, exhibitions, product launches, and large-scale shows throughout the region. The Role: As a Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for organizing and overseeing various aspects of project planning and execution. You will work closely with project managers and team members to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget. Key Responsibilities: · Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience · Proven experience in project coordination or management · Strong organizational and multitasking skills · Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities · Proficiency in project management software/tools · Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively Who We’re Looking For: · Reliable and punctual — in live events, timing is everything · Genuine interest in live events, AV technology, or broadcast/media production · Willingness to learn and take direction from senior technicians on-site · A positive, team-first attitude — live events are a team sport · Comfortable working irregular hours including evenings, weekends, and public holidays as required by show schedules · A working understanding of English (written and spoken) for equipment manuals, technical riders, and international client communication · Cantonese speakers welcome; Mandarin an advantage for Mainland China productions
