Adjust the pace of the explanation flexibly according to real-time feedback to ensure effective information delivery. 2. Content Planning: Learn the company's latest business policies and participate in optimizing the live streaming script to highlight selling points; grasp market hot topics and assist the operations team in implementing the live streaming plan to increase viewership and conversion rates. 3. Team Collaboration: Work closely with the operations and technology teams to ensure a smooth live streaming process; regularly review live streaming data (account opening rate, fund conversion rate) and continuously optimize the script and process. Job Requirements: 1. Basic Qualifications: Good appearance and temperament, strong on-camera presence, fluent Mandarin; Fresh graduates or those without experience can be trained, those with experience in live streaming/finance/sales are preferred.
