Operations Executive

Job Summary The Operations Executive is responsible for providing excellent support and service to customers by handling inquiries, processing orders, and resolving issues in a professional and efficient manner. The role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to ensuring customer satisfaction and operational excellence. Key Responsibilities What you'll be doing Quickly answers calls and emails, schedules and confirms jobs, and inputs customer data into company systems Manage daily operations of the route and distribution activities of the fleet to ensure that customers, assets and service requirements are employed efficiently Communicates delivery schedule to drivers daily. Monitor jobs completion to ensure compliance and completion. Tracking, data entry, and filing of records and paperwork. Resolve problems concerning transportation, logistics systems, imports or exports, or customer issues. Plan or implement improvements to internal or external logistics systems or processes. Able to work in fast-moving environment Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to optimise complex logistics workflows Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with internal and external stakeholders Knowledge of transportation regulations, customs procedures and industry best practices Expected to work beyond official working hours by resolving problems over the phone. Able to speak chinese
