Supervise and manage daily warehouse operations including raw materials, packaging materials, and finished goods. Plan and control receiving, storage, and issuing of goods to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and on-time delivery. Maintain warehouse cleanliness, organization, and storage conditions in compliance with GMP, HACCP, and Food Safety standards. Conduct stock control activities such as cycle counts and physical inventory checks; investigate and report discrepancies. Supervise, schedule, train, and evaluate warehouse staff to ensure efficient operations. Coordinate with Production, QA, Purchasing, Transportation, and other related departments. Control and maintain warehouse documentation (Receiving Notes, Issue Slips, Delivery Orders, etc.). Ensure proper and safe use of forklifts, warehouse equipment, and compliance with safety regulations. Ensure warehouse operations comply with company policies, labor laws, and food manufacturing standards.
