About the role We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Senior Airfreight CS Executive - Export professional to join GEODIS Thai Ltd. in the Bangkok Metropolitan Region. This is a full-time position offering an excellent opportunity to be at the forefront of our air freight operations. As a key member of our customer services team, you will play a vital role in ensuring seamless communication and exceptional service delivery to our clients within the air cargo forwarding sector. This position is integral to maintaining our reputation for reliability and excellence in the fast-paced world of international air freight logistics. Key responsibilities Manage customer inquiries and shipment requirements professionally and proactively. Provide shipment visibility and timely updates throughout the transportation process. Work closely with operations, carriers, overseas offices, and customers to ensure service excellence. Develop and recommend logistics solutions that address customer needs and challenges. Build long-term customer relationships through exceptional service and responsiveness. Executing end to end export processes, including booking, airway bill (AWB) preparation, and customs clearance Liaising with airlines and co-loaders to secure optimal space and competitive freight rates Managing complex shipments, urgent cargo movement and exception handling with supervision supporting customer retention through proactive communication and problem solving. Maintaining close coordination with airlines and overseas offices to secure capacity and optimize routing solutions. contributing to yield management, operational efficiency and cost control initiatives, Supporting tender implementation, SOP compliance and continuous process improvements. providing mentorship and guidance to junior team members to strengthen team capability What we're looking for Minimum 5 years of Airfreight operation or Customer services knowledges prefer with local airline connection Proven experience in airfreight customer service, preferably within the air freight or logistics industry Strong knowledge of airfreight services, air cargo operations, including procedures, terminology, and regulatory requirements Communication and interpersonal abilities in English Proficiency computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Office and experience with Cargo Wise system will be advantage Problem-solving mindset with the ability to work independently and as part of a team Familiarity with Thai customs regulations and international air freight procedures would be beneficial What we offer At GEODIS Thai Ltd., we are committed to supporting our employees' professional development and well-being.
