We are currently seeking young and energetic talents to join our team: Job Responsibilities: Handle customers’ inquiries on eMPF platform or related processes and issues Oversee the entire service process, including identifying opportunities, preparing meeting materials, presentations, market penetration, post-service care and customer retention Collaborate with cross-functional teams, relevant departments, and the eMPF to support both existing and new customers and the seamless delivery of services Prepare material and provide information to individual and business clients involved on eMPF, ORSO and group benefits (e.g. Group Medical) Execute the solution to individual and business clients’ related requests when needed Perform services according to company rules and relevant regulatory requirements include the Personal Data Privacy Ordinance Benefits and Packages: On-the-job comprehensive training is provided 4.5-day work week 14-day annual leave With monthly and yearend performance bonuses Fast track promotion to management level Medical benefits and training allowances Working Location Whampoa If you have any further enquiries, please press APPLY NOW to contact us with your CV.
