About the Role We are looking for an Analyst – Global HR Shared Services to support daily HR operations and service delivery for employees and stakeholders across North America, UK, and APAC regions . This role is ideal for an HR professional with hands-on experience in HR Operations or HR Shared Services , particularly in supporting international employees and HR processes. To be shortlisted, you must have: 1–3 years of relevant HR Operations / HR Shared Services experience Actual experience supporting North America, UK, or APAC regions Experience handling HR processes such as new hires, resignations, employee data management, or HR administration Knowledge of US and/or UK regulatory/statutory requirements, employee benefits, and labor laws Experience with HR transition activities Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting/analytics Working knowledge of Oracle or other HR/ERP systems Strong written and verbal English communication skills Applications that do not meet the above requirements may not be considered. Key Responsibilities Handle HR operations for North America and UK , including new hires, resignations, and employee data management Provide Tier 1 payroll support Administer employee benefits for USA, UK, and APAC regions Handle background verification and employee referencing processes Support employee leave administration Support employee performance management administration Manage employee profiles and troubleshoot queries related to login, access roles, and passwords Coordinate with vendors and support invoice processing Maintain HR documentation, including process maps, KPIs, SLAs, and dashboards Ensure compliance with applicable local and country-specific requirements Participate in internal and external audits Maintain trackers and perform regular Root Cause Analysis (RCA) Review and adhere to GHRSS SOPs Identify and recommend process improvements based on regulatory or technology changes Work closely with onshore stakeholders and ensure agreed service levels are consistently met Required Qualifications Education Bachelor's Degree or Postgraduate Degree HR/HR Management specialization is an advantage Experience – REQUIRED 1–3 years of relevant HR Operations / HR Shared Services experience Experience supporting North America, UK, and/or APAC Prior experience in HR transition is required Experience handling international HR processes is highly preferred Technical Skills – REQUIRED MS Office MS Excel – reporting and analytics Oracle / HR ERP systems HR data and tracker management HR Knowledge – REQUIRED Working knowledge of US and/or UK statutory and regulatory requirements Knowledge of employee benefits Knowledge of applicable labor laws Understanding of HR Shared Services processes and service-level requirements Key Competencies Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills Highly organized and detail-oriented Able to manage high-volume HR transactions accurately Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Adaptable and able to work in a fast-paced, international environment Proactive in identifying process improvements Comfortable working with onshore stakeholders and cross-functional teams Who Should Apply?
