Accounting Manager (Chinese Speaking)

Responsibilities: Established accounting policies and implemented accounting and report management systems. Participated in the daily accounting of sales revenue, sales costs, accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR), raw material procurement, warranty claims, and expense reimbursement. Contributed to the accounting and management of the General Ledger (GL) and related accounts such as Assets, Liabilities, Owner's Equity, and others. Involved in the accounting and management of tangible and intangible assets, construction in progress, construction materials, inventory, and other asset accounts, as well as overseeing inventory-related tasks. Played a role in the preparation, analysis, statistical reporting, and submission of financial statements (FS). Participated in the binding, archiving, and recording of accounting vouchers, accounting books, and financial statements. Engaged in the daily management work related to taxes. Other as assigned. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Chinese, or other related fields. Proficiency in written and spoken Chinese and English. Has more than 5 years of experience in accounting-related roles. Exhibits proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems. Proven 2 years of experience in accounting operations and financial statement management. Strong knowledge of accounting principles, policies, and procedures. Proficiency in performing daily accounting tasks such as sales revenue, sales costs, AR and AP, raw material procurement, warranty claims, expense reimbursement, and invoice management. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills. Familiarity with accounting software. Strong communication and teamwork skills.
