About the role We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated tutors and an experienced centre manager to join our team at Eye Level Unicorn Education Centre. As a Math/English/Chinese Tutor , you will play a vital role in shaping the academic success of our students at age of 3 to 13, through engaging, high-quality instruction. This is a full-time position that offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on students' educational journeys whilst working in a supportive, collaborative learning environment. What you'll be doing Deliver engaging and interactive lessons in Mathematics, English, or Chinese to students of various proficiency levels from K1 to K3 & P1 to P6. Assess student progress regularly and provide constructive feedback to support continuous improvement Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation and confidence Communicate effectively with parents regarding student performance, progress, and areas for development Conduct one-to-one or small group tutoring sessions to address specific academic challenges Monitor student attendance and maintain accurate records of academic progress Collaborate with colleagues to share effective teaching strategies and contribute to centre improvement initiatives Assist in incidental administrative works of the centre Attend training courses provided by Eye Level Training Team on regular basis Get familiar with all teaching materials and tools officially provided by Eye Level What we're looking for Secondary 6 or above; or diploma degree in Mathematics, English, Chinese, Education, or a related discipline Proven experience teaching or tutoring at primary or secondary level, depending on the specialisation Strong subject matter expertise in at least one of the following: Mathematics, English, and/or Chinese Demonstrated ability to engage students of different ages and learning abilities Patient, empathetic approach to education with a genuine interest in student development Organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple students and lesson schedules effectively Proficiency in using educational technology and digital learning platforms Candidate with good experience in running a centre and enrolling and retaining students under minimum supervision has an advantage What we offer Full-time employment as tutors and a centre manager with a stable and supportive working environmenT Competitive monthly salary commensurate with qualifications and experience Attractive monthly bonus incentives for enrolling and retaining students Opportunities for professional development and access to training programmes A collaborative team culture that values innovation and educational excellence The satisfaction of making a direct impact on students' academic achievements and personal growth Flexible scheduling options where possible to support work-life balance A newly renovated centre with modern facilities Apply now If you are a passionate educator ready to inspire the next generation of learners, we would love to hear from you.
