GL/AR Officer

Responsibilities: 1. Support daily accounting activities and closing. 2. Check and prepare documents on bank reconciliation and ensure proper documentation for internal and external auditor’s review. 3. Preparing balance sheet reconciliations in a timely and accurate manner 4. Prepare and monitor AR aging and calculate provision for allowance doubtful. 5. Calculating depreciation for all fixed assets. 6. Ensure that accounting records are well prepared and maintained in accordance with the company’s accounting policies and related accounting principles. 7. Perform day-to-day accounts receivable operations and month end closing. 8. Review input, output VAT and other tax for submitting tax to the revenue department. 9. Record accrued expenses, prepaid expenses and necessary other adjustments. 10. Perform all other duties, activities and responsibilities that may be assigned by the superior whenever necessary from time to time. 11. Coordinate with the external auditor to ensure that they are conducted in a timely and accurate manner. Develop monthly accounting reports for the management and regional. ประสบการณ์ (Professional Experiences) และ ความรู้/ทักษะ (Knowledge/Skills) : Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field. Relevant working experience in Accounting & Finance function. Able to communicate in English for both speaking and writing. Good command of computer skills MS Office, accounting software and databases. Fast learner, adaptable and flexible person, willing to learn new things.
