Process Development Specialist

Responsibilities Lead the team in driving digital transformation across logistics processes, covering shipping, paperless operations, warehouse management, and transportation Develop and implement automation tools and Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions to enhance work efficiency and reduce manual tasks. Design and execute process improvement initiatives to optimize operations, integrate AI technologies, and drive cost savings. Promote a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence through data-driven strategies. Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Logistics or a related field preferred; or equivalent combination with related work experience Able to travel among Warehouse sites in SEAPAC (30-40%) 5-7 years’ experience in (preferably) logistics and supply chain, related consulting, and/or manufacturing where a detailed knowledge of warehousing and transportation has been obtained. At least 3 years’ experience of Operations Excellence, Productivity, Continuous Improvement with prove of leading implementation. Project management experience is preferable as well as people management experience. Strong working knowledge of MS office, specifically Excel, Visio and PowerPoint. Must be able to read, write and speak English. (Good or Excellence level) Experience working in a 3PL logistics environment as Op Exs or equivalent.
