Responsibility : Complete new program supplier strategy, attend RfQ meeting and program kick-off meeting to support Sourcing for Quality together with Purchasing and PD According to CAPDS process, complete the steps of APQP/PPAP, like cross-functional site visit to priority suppliers, monthly review and related files review (like PFMEA and Control Plans) and finally sign-off PSW. Drive problem resolution on identified quality issues found in FAI, CAL,FCPA,S&R,NVH,VOC etc. Drive supplier concern resolution process and maintain AQIMS system. Use capacity evaluation form to confirm and make sure supplier can meet JPH requirement and support production. Develop workplan to reduce PPM & QR's. Work with Resident STA and I.Q. to reduce C/1000,resolve disputed QR's. Drive supplier continuous improvement. Strictly implement SUPPLIER 4M CHANGE/ECN process to ensure that all changes are only done after CASA approval. Monitor supplier progress and assure STA databases are updated with supplier related information Reduce supplier related warranty issue reduction; React quickly to warranty issues and reduce R/1000 Supports sourcing for quality process for export parts and participate in export parts quality issues resolution Qualifications: Bachelor degree or above in automotive, ME, Mechanical, EE, Chemical or Stamping, Etc. 5+ years of experience in STA/SQE roles within the automotive industry. Proven understanding of localization certification processes. Expertise in supplier management, system development, and project management. Knowledgeable in tooling development and parts production processes. Proficiency in quality management tools and methodologies. Strong sense of responsibility, self-initiative, and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and collaboration abilities. Fluency in English and Thai; Chinese proficiency is a plus.
