Business Analyst (IT)

Uni-China (Business) Management Ltd. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Collect and analyze user requirements and workflows; perform gap analysis to identify improvement opportunities Draft clear technical specifications for new applications or system enhancements Prepare release notes for system enhancements and customizations Create user guides and deliver training on applications and enhancements Conduct end-to-end testing of new system flows and processes Perform unit and integration testing of developments and prepare test reports Provide post-go-live technical support for enterprise applications Support ERP systems and other in-house applications REQUIREMENTS Knowledge of 3PL business operations Experience in maximizing storage capacity and meeting operational capacity targets Ability to drive operational and cost efficiency improvements Flexibility in adapting warehouse layouts for different B2B and B2C order fulfilment models QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS Minimum 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Application Analyst, or in a similar role Strong analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving skills Good team player and communicator; able to work effectively in a multicultural environment and stay well-organized Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint WE OFFER Competitive Salary Package 13 months' Guaranteed Salary Group Medical Scheme Birthday Leave Energetic & Dynamic Culture Interested parties please apply with detailed resume, availability, present and expected salary to Human Resources Department by clicking “ Apply Now ”.
